Joyland Management took over as the management company back in December 2023 and it's a significant improvement from the previous management company.The agents and managers are all dedicated to the work they do. They're easily available, and I appreciate how quick they are responding to inquiries and maintaining property upkeep.A year now renting with them, I know I made a good decision renewing my lease again. The attention to detail they take in confirming service appointments to follow ups and addressing building concerns has been great. The team has really been stepping it up.If you're looking for your next apartment, I'd recommend leasing with Joyland Management.
